Bright Return Program Details

Who is Ameren seeking?

  • Mid-career professionals with 5+ years of experience who voluntarily exited the workforce for 2+ years and are ready to return to full-time employment.

When does Bright Return begin?

  • The first cohort for Bright Return will launch in September 2020 and conclude in March 2021.
  • Applications for the program should be submitted by August 9. Interviews will take place in early August.
