This research focuses on what matters most to contingent workers, to provide corporations with actionable solutions to improve their ability to attract top talent, and facilitate positive and productive work experiences for this increasingly large and critical segment of the workforce. For our research, we focus specifically on what tends to be more hidden, intangible yet critical predictors of inclusive contingent work experiences, including equity, trust, and respect. In doing so, we define how these items play out in the reality of day-to-day work.
