When you apply to RALLY, you’ll fill out a profile with lots of important details. That information helps us make matches that are a great fit all around.
Where is RALLY available?
Since matches can be remote, RALLY is open to anyone in the U.S.
How will I know when I'm matched?
You’ll get an email from us with all your match info. Expect to hear an update from us within one month of your application date.
What's the time commitment?
The minimum obligation is one session per month for three consecutive months—but more is better! When you sign up to give a boost, you’ll also be required to connect your match to two other working professionals in your network as another step forward in their career journey. After three months, feel free to keep the match going, opt in for another match, or take a break from RALLY (whatever works best for you).
What if I'm not a mom?
That’s ok! Do you support The Mom Project’s mission and goals? Perfect! All are welcome to RALLY with us.
Can I request a match in a specific city / industry / role / etc.?
Not currently. But fear not! We take lots of factors into consideration when connecting community matches. If you ever need to chat offline about your match, we’re here to help! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you right away.
Is there a Code of Conduct for RALLY?
Of course! We want RALLY to be a positive experience for everyone, so we take our Code of Conduct seriously. By signing up for RALLY, you agree to abide by the rules of the Code.
