Phyllis has spent her career helping organizations and individuals navigate the changing dynamics of how people live and work. As a thought-leader in the areas of worklife integration, child care, early education, change leadership, and diversity, she was an early supporter and advisor to The Mom Project. Her present role is as the Assistant Vice President of WorkLife Strategy at Stanford University, where she leads one of the largest child care systems in higher education. She currently serves as the President of the College and University WorkLife and Family Association. Phyllis earned her Master’s Degree in Human Development from UCLA.

Pam Cohen is the President of WerkLabs and a behavioral research scientist with expertise in predictive analytics. She combines qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to create measurement systems and analyze data on workplace sentiment and engagement, family friendly policies, corporate reputation, and social responsibility, linking those and other relevant intangibles to key performance outcomes. Her teaching and research is focused on applications of behavioral economics and social psychology.
